Group Programs

ETC offers a variety of group therapy programs. Groups are open to both voluntary and court-ordered clients. Services offered based on number of clients per group.

Domestic Violence Survivor Group: Domestic Violence Victim Group

At ETC we provide survivors of domestic violence (DV) an opportunity to heal through individual and group therapy. Throughout the course of therapy, survivors receive education about DV dynamics and unhealthy communication patterns in their relationships. Additionally women are presented with ways to break the cycle of abuse and identify warning signs in a relationship. By creating an individualized treatment plan for each client, specific goals can be addressed. ETC empowers survivors of DV to increase independence and build self-esteem. ETC assists women in processing trauma, safety planning, and understanding the impact of DV on children.  When deemed appropriate, ETC also provides couples therapy for couples who wish to strengthen their relationship and increase their communication skills.
